Chocolate Blueberry Protein Shake

Hi friends! This shake has quickly become one of my favorites! Not only is it easy to make, but it is SO healthy- full of goodness that your body willΒ LOVE and thank you for. πŸ™‚ You can totally have this at any time of the day, and you can adjust the portions to how ever you’d like them! For instance, I added a little extra of each ingredient this morning for a fuller breaky serving vs. when I made it this afternoon for lunch, I stuck with the recipe above. (YES, I had it twice- it’s just sooo good!)

Take this shake on the run, or enjoy it at home. (It’s usually my post gym go-to.) It’s super simple, but oh so super yummy! I hope you enjoy it!

CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY PROTEIN SHAKE:

1 banana

2 scoops organic chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

Non-Dairy milk or water (to your desired consistency – I like mine pretty thick)

1 tsp. honey

Ice

(Cinnamon- optional)
